Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst Canada to lead and oversee technical initiatives. The Tech Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of web projects, which includes websites, applications, social media campaigns, and related initiatives.

Project Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with web development teams and project managers to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
Technical Oversight:
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
Ensure that web development projects adhere to coding standards and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and assist in resolving technical challenges as they arise.
Cross-Team Communication:
Act as a liaison between web development teams.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards for web development deliverables.
Identify and address any quality issues, bugs, or deviations from project requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, development plans, and testing procedures.
Generate regular reports on project status, milestones achieved, and key performance indicators.
Research and Innovation:
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development.
Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve web development processes and outcomes.
Salary:
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
Working hours
From 9:00 to 17:00.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in web development and project coordination.
Strong technical expertise in web development technologies, languages, and frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Knowledge of web design principles and user experience (UX) concepts.
