Siena, a Catholic and Franciscan college, founded in 1937 by seven Franciscan friars, is an independent undergraduate humanistic discipline college located in Loudonville, New York, a suburban community just outside the state’s capital.

Siena college presidential scholarship provides to undergraduates enroll in one among three schools humanistic discipline, Science, and Business and should choose between a complete of 28-degree programs, 46 minors and certificate programs, and professional curricula in education, Pre-Medical, Pre-Law, and welfare work. Over 150 students study abroad during a given year. Saints receive $23,000 from Siena toward their education. Scholarships are going to be awarded to qualifying students. Pre-registration is required. Prospective students must be accepted to Siena Heights University for the 2020-21 school year before performing an audition.

ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS

All freshmen applicants are automatically considered for merit scholarships once they apply for admission. Each student is eligible for one academic/merit scholarship.

The Bishops Scholarship

Awards $3,000 annually to students who gain admission to Siena College from the subsequent high schools within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany: Bishop Maginn highschool, Catholic Central high school, Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons Middle and high school, Saratoga Central Catholic high school, The Academy of the Holy Names, Christian Brothers Academy and La Salle Institute.

Transfer Student Scholarship

The Siena Phi Theta Scholarship grants $14,000/year to students during this honor society. The Franciscan Transfer Scholarship gives students with a cumulative GPA of three .2 or greater $12,000/year and students with a cumulative GPA of three .0 -3.19 $10,000/year. The Mission Scholarship grants $7,000/year to students with a cumulative GPA of two .99 and below. Transfer students who submit the FAFSA also are eligible for need-based aid and endowed scholarships.
